Our sales department, via our subsidiary "Maisons
de Biarritz - Conseil Loisirs Patrimoine", is on call
seven days a week to arrange a meeting either at your home
or office or at our offices in Paris or Biarritz. If you wish,
our advisors can produce personalised financial simulations
according to your tax and property ownership profile. We can
also offer attractive terms to finance your purchase.

administrative details of your purchase from signing the reservation
contract to completion, in collaboration with your solicitor
and your bank.

in a safe legal framework which guarantees the sale price,

Maisons de Biarritz provides a 10 year guarantee on the main
building work and 2 years on the fittings. These guarantees
are included in the purchase price.

"Maisons de Biarritz - Exclusive Hotel Resorts"
looks after the day-to-day management of your property. It
takes care of reception, greeting guests, maintenance, and
security and looks after your own stays at the property. The
commercial lease you will sign guarantees income from lettings
for 9-11 years.
