Round-the-clock security, maintenance of buildings, private and shared gardens, lawns and pool are all taken care of by us. You can also use guest facilities such as cleaning, bed linen, towels, etc.

The property is sold decorated and fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen so you don’t have to take responsibility for anything. MdB, the management company pays for the general upkeep of the property and the furniture, including replacing breakages.

Maisons de Biarritz also takes responsibility for marketing the property, maintaining it, handling changeovers, and paying you rental income. They also pay the running costs, such as water, waste disposal and electricity.

There are no management charges to pay.
