 Since it
was founded, the Group has grown rapidly, as can be seen by its
increased sales figures, the geographical diversification of its
projects within France and abroad, and the expansion of its French
and European property distribution network, which now includes a
hundred partners.

Employee numbers
|
|
The Maisons de
Biarritz Group is located in the Basque Country, on the "Makila
Golf Club", and has 100 employees at the administrative HQ
and the various offices open to the public. As a result of its growth,
the Group opened an office in Paris 8 in June 2005.

Property sales
|
|
Between 1990
and 2007, the Maisons de Biarritz Group will have sold the freehold
on a total of 1,100 houses, apartments and chalets.
Up to 2007, over 7,300 beds on the coast, in the countryside,
in the mountains and in towns will have been sold by the Maisons
de Biarritz Group. This figure places the Group amongst the leading
players in the up-market leisure property market.

The volume
of signed reservation contracts has increased significantly
in the last few years.

Tourist Beds
|
|
In 2007, Maisons de Biarritz - Exclusive Hotel Resorts will be
managing a total of 700 units, i.e. 4,200 beds shared between
various tourist areas across France.
A special feature of Maisons de Biarritz is that it is well established
in areas with a high growth potential.
