Pet animals
For an additional cost, your cats and dogs are welcome in our resorts, limited to one animal per dwelling and on presentation of a current vaccination certificate with valid rabies vaccine. The animal must be electronically tagged or tattooed by a professional. Upon arrival you will be issued with an admission badge which must be attached to the animal's collar during your stay. Animals are strictly forbidden in the restaurant, Spa and in the communal swimming pool area and surroundings.
Should you wish to bring your pet with you, kindly inform our staff when making your reservation. We request you to use the blanket and the two feeding bowls provided.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy covering
cancellation or interruption of your stay, which, under certain
conditions, will entitle you to a refund (see our Special
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Insurance
TMS CONTACT).
Security deposit
On your arrival you will be asked for a security deposit, which
will be returned to you at the end of your stay after an inventory
check and subject to consideration of any damage to or loss of company
property.
Reservation confirmation
Your reservation will be validated on reception of the completed price quote form, signed and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. You must pay the balance due thirty days prior to your arrival.
Supplementary costs
All supplementary costs such as telephone charges, options, extra
meal items... not included in your prepaid fee are to be paid to
site reception at the end of your stay.
Reservation fee
An annual reservation fee of 15 euros is charged for an initial
reservation. This fee covers all reservations made under the same
name during any one year. Free in case of an online reservation.
Arrival and departure times
Your residence will be available from either 3pm or 5pm depending
on your chosen holiday formula. Should you be delayed, kindly
inform site reception. On the day of your departure, you are requested
to vacate your residence no later than 10am or 12am depending on
your stay option.
Outside guests
All our sites are private areas and restricted to our clients. Should
you wish to receive guests, please inform our reception staff who
will issue a temporary authorization. An entry pass can be purchased
by your guests should they wish to make use of the site's communal
facilities (swimming pool, spa...).
Disabled persons
When reserving, please inform us of any disabled person(s) in your
group. In accordance with the degree of handicap, we can then offer,
wherever possible, appropriate accommodation and facilities.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is not included in the format price but is indicated
alongside our rates. This tax is passed on to the local municipality
(which determines its amount annually) and must be paid before your
departure from the site.
Publishing errors
Although every effort has been made to avoid errors in this website,
some may remain. In that case, our reservation staff will inform
you in advance. Pictures and artist impressions are not contractual. |
