A wide range of sports and leisure activities is available in the vicinity of Moliets Golf Club. Reception is on hand to advise you and help organise these activities.

Waymarked footpaths through the forest and around the lagoons (a footpath map is available from the tourist office)

Water sports : French sailing school at the lake of Léon: windsurfing, Optimists, catamarans, Hobie Cats. Canoeing (hire or descent) at St Michel Escalus

Equestrian centre : horse-riding and trekking in the forest and along the beach.

Fishing : in the lagoons of La Prade and Moliets: category 2 pools (fishing permit required, on sale at the Bureau de Tabac des Lacs at Moliets). Fish: pike, pike perch, perch, black bass, roach, carp, tench and eels. Surf casting club (no restrictions on seaside fishing).

Skate park on the beach road (near the arènes) - equipment hire, starting blocks, high-jump bars, goal, sticks and pucks available for 2 Street Hockey teams

Quad bike and mini-motorbike circuits in the forest

Paintballing - Assault courses ("accrobranche" tree climbing)

Petanque area - place de l'Hôtel de ville and place de la Bastide

Kites : kite-flying area on the beach (dedicated area marked out, open all year round) and kite-flying clubs. Kite festival in the summer.

Beach volleyball in July and August. Open access to these recreation areas on the beach, supervised by activities leaders, and tournaments organised.

Leisure parks : several parks offer swimming pools with wave machines, chutes, paddling pool, zip line, monkey bridges
