For your security, we strongly recommend that you take out the ‘Spécial Assur’ insurance policy, proposed by TMS CONTACT at the fixed rate of 4% of the total amount of your stay (minimum €15 per residence).

YOUR COVER (within limits fixed by the contract and after deduction of the corresponding excess):

- Cancellations: cancellation fees refunded in the event of sickness, accident or death, serious damages to your residence or your means of transport, dismissal due to economic redundancy, and random events independent of your will.

- Flight delays (compensation for expenses incurred for meals, transfers, overnight stays...)

- Luggage damage (loss, deterioration, delayed delivery).

- Civil liability.

- Repatriation assistance: medical repatriation, emergency assistance expenses, funeral expenses, legal assistance, advance of funds, early return in the event of serious illness or death of a family member or in the event of serious damage to your residence.

- Medical and hospitalization expenses (covered up to €76,225).

- Interruption of stay: refunding of the number of accommodation days not used due to medical repatriation or early return.
